Kristina Møller has a Masters degree in Human Security from Aarhus University. Kristina grew up in East Africa, before moving to England to study International Development at Leeds University. Her thesis was on China’s engagment with Kenya.
Kristina is currently associated with the Land and Trust Project as a student researcher. She will be carrying out fieldwork into the unique situation of divorced and widowed women who are excluded from land. This issue, having been made worse by the numerous land disputes in the post-conflict context. Kristina will be looking into the socio-political, legislative and cultural factors that exclude these marginalized women from accessing and aquiring land.
